A few words from intervention specialist, community member, and CNE alumnus, Mrs. Stitzel.
This is my 22 year of teaching. I taught at St. Louis for 6 years, junior high, before being hired at CNE to work as an Intervention Specialist at both CNE and St. Louis. I am a 1995 graduate of CNE. I have two children, Ericka is in 6th grade and Eddie is a 4th grader at CNE!
- You will usually find my family and me unwinding from a day at the soccer fields/ basketball court (depending on the season) with dinner and either a movie or outside by the fire on a Saturday night. We enjoy hanging with friends and family too.
- We have two dogs, Tucker is a whippet mix and Boo is a coonhound. We also have several chickens. I have always loved horses, my first job was at Red Fox Horse stables.
- Summer breaks are usually spent in the pool, at Kings Island, sports camps, vacation/camping and hanging out with friends and family.
- A good day at school is when those "Aha Moments" happen for a student, the moment that a skill they have been struggling with or working on clicks and they know they have done it!
- My Favorite dish from the cafeteria is the walking taco.
- My amazing students and colleagues inspire me! Really glad to be a part of the Rocket Family!
- I enjoy watching my son and daughter play soccer, basketball and volleyball! I also get to see a lot of my students on the fields/ courts. Go Rockets!!!!
