What’s a typical Saturday night like for you?My family and I love to watch movies!
What are some pets you’ve had or would like to own?
I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. In the past I had over 100 Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches for pets!
What is your dream vacation?
I would love to go to the Galapagos Islands.
How do you spend your summer breaks?
I spend my summer hiking, reading, and going on vacation.
If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead?
I would be a field research biologist.

What makes a ‘good day’ at school?
A good day is when all of my students are successful.
What is your favorite dish from the cafeteria?
I love the annual Thanksgiving Meal!
What sort of morning routine do you have to get jazzed for class?
I listen to music (all kinds of music).
What’s the best/worst thing about being a teacher?
The best thing about being a teacher is the kids!

"This is bussin!" Where did that even come from! Haha!
If you could pass on any wisdom to your students, what would you share?
Right now you need to worry about kid things. Let the adults around you worry about adult things. Focus on being a good friend, a good student, and having fun!
What’s a school sport or activity you enjoy watching?
I love watching the CNE plays. It is so fun watching kids perform.
If you could take the students on a field trip to anywhere in the world, where would you take them?
I would love to take my students to the Smithsonian. I love museums and the Smithsonian Museums are full of wonderful information.

Did you see the new Star Wars on opening night? What memories do you have from the first movie you ever saw in theatres?
Of course! The first time I saw Star Wars in the theater was Return of the Jedi. It's not a popular Star Wars fan opinion, but I love the ewoks!
