If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
My dream vacation would be to go to England and Scotland. I would love to see Stonehenge and the Tower of London.
What is your first school memory?
My first memory of school was when I was in kindergarten. I remember being in Mrs. Wright’s class and choosing which center I would go to that day. I especially remember the day when I was able to choose the “purple smiley face center” for the first time. I can’t remember what the center was-but I was super excited to go there!
If you could live in another time/era, what time period would that be?
If I could choose to grow up in another time, I would choose to grow up in the late 1700’s and see how our country was started. I have always been intrigued by history and would especially like to learn more about everyday life back then.
Describe your first movie experience.
The first movie that I saw in a theater was the original Star Wars and I remember having my own popcorn and pop! My family also loved to go to the drive-in and we would take hot dogs and chips to eat whenever there was a Herbie the Lovebug or Don Knotts movie out. I also remember watching the Apple Dumpling Gang in the gym of our Elementary school as a reward when I was in 3rd grade!
Where would you take your students on a field trip?
If I could take my students on a field trip anywhere- I would definitely want to be like Mrs. Frizzle and take the Magic School Bus anywhere I could for science.
What do you want your students to remember about you?
I hope that my students remember me for always smiling and encouraging them to be their best!
