Clermont Northeastern Elementary first grader, Emma Barber, used her artistic abilities to take first prize for first grade in the Clermont Soil & Water Conservation District 2022 Spring Litter Clean-Up event Logo Design Contest. The contest was open to all K-12 students attending a school in Clermont County or the East Fork Little Miami River watershed. Congratulations Emma!
