Our focus at the High School this year is literacy – reading, writing, and speaking. We have been trying to demonstrate to students that reading and writing does not end when they graduate, adults in all career fields read and write in some fashion. We are encouraging students to have a conversation with a family member over Christmas Break to learn how that person reads and writes in their job.
