Kindergarten enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will begin February 15, 2025. Preschool enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will begin on March 1, 2025.

OBTAINING BIRTH CERTIFICATE 

The Clermont County General Health District can provide birth certificates for anyone born in the State of Ohio. Their office is located at 2275 Bauer Road (in the Permit Central Building). The phone number is 513-732-7499.

2024-2025 Enrollment Information

To enroll a Kindergarten - 12th grade student for the 2024-25 school year go to www.cneschools.org and click on new student enrollment, then click on the parent icon and you will get step by step instructions to set up an account and begin the process of enrolling the student.  If you already have a FinalForms account, you will log in and add a new student.   Once online forms are completed and you have all required documents, contact Joyce Keough at 513-625-1211 ext. 371 to schedule an appointment to bring in the documents below and complete the enrollment process.  You must have all documents ready to turn in before any will be accepted. Enrollment completion is by appointment only.  Please note that all kindergarten students must have a current physical on file prior to the first day of school (click here for form). Children need to be 5 on or before August 1, 2024. 

Documents you will need to bring to your enrollment appointment:

Official birth certificate (with raised seal)

Proof of Residency (current utility bill – within past 30 days, lease, deed, etc. showing the physical address)

Photo ID of parent

Immunization record

Custody papers (if applicable)

ETR, IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)

Preschool Enrollment 2024-2025

To enroll a Preschool student (CNE residents only) for the 2024-2025 school year go to www.cneschools.org and click on new student enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year, then click on the parent icon and you will get step by step instructions to set up an account and begin the process of enrolling the student.  If you already have a FinalForms account, you will log in and add a new student.   Once online forms are completed and you have all required documents - child's birth certificate, proof of residency (lease, deed or currently dated utility bill which shows your physical address), parent photo ID, child's immunization record, and full custody paperwork (if applicable) - contact Joyce Keough at 513-625-1211 ext. 371 to schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process.  At the time of enrollment the $50 yearly non-refundable enrollment fee and the first month's tuition ($225) will be due for a total of $275.00. You must have all documents and fees ready to turn in before any will be accepted. Enrollment completion is by appointment only.  At this time our preschool is full. Please contact Glenda Greene at greene_g@cneschools.org to be put on the waiting list should a spot become available or with questions relating to preschool.

Preschool children need to be 3 and potty trained to be eligible for preschool. Please note that all preschool students will need to have a current physical on file prior to the first day of school. Preschool is a 2 hour and 45 minute session, 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Monthly tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $225.00 per month.

Open Enrollment 2024-2025

The open enrollment application period for the 2024-2025 school year closed on April 1, 2024.
