Just a few updates as we close out this short week including: College Credit Plus, Senior Scholarships, and Winter Homecoming. Have a great weekend!
Winter Homecoming
The Winter Homecoming Dance is Saturday, January 29th, 7p-10p. Students must arrive by 8p and no one will be permitted to leave early. Tickets will be on sale for $20 next week during lunches and at the door the night of the dance. Students should contact Mrs. Cicchinelli if they need a guest form or are interested in running for Homecoming Court.
Spirit Week
We will have a Spirit Week leading up to the Homecoming Dance. Each day’s themes are below.
Attention Seniors! It's scholarship time!
- Watch your school emails for scholarship updates.
- Continue to check this link: https://www.cneschools.org/o/cne-high-school/page/scholarship-resources for new scholarships.
- Scholarships are added as we receive them from various organizations.
- Scholarships may have varying requirements and deadlines.
- The local scholarship packets will be available on February 25th and will be due back to the guidance office by March 23rd.
- This is a great opportunity to pick up many applications at one time.
College Credit Plus
Students considering enrolling in College Credit Plus classes in the 2022-2023 school year need to register for an information session. University of Cincinnati requires that students and parents attend this information session as the first step in the enrollment process.
The CCP Team at the University of Cincinnati will host two virtual information sessions via Zoom for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic year. They will provide an overview of the UC CCP program and discuss the application checklist items, eligibility requirements. If you are interested in pursuing CCP through another university, it is highly recommended you still attend the session through UC in order to hear information as this is a state program and much of the information is the same regardless of the college attended.
