Students in Ms. Elliott's English 9 class had to find evidence for a particular characteristic as they read a short story. They then moved around the room agreeing or disagreeing with other groups. A great strategy our teachers learned as part of our literacy grant work.

Jocelyn Snider, Davis Tengler, Dakota Hunt, Oscar Vernier participated in "How the arts can be used in the classroom" at Mt. St. Joseph University's Teaching Summit this morning. A great opportunity for them to learn about the teaching profession and tour a college campus.

A group of our students were invited to Milacron today to participate in their annual Manufacturing Day. Students toured the facility and learned more about careers in advanced manufacturing. It was a great opportunity and we appreciate Milacron supporting our students!
