Continuity of Learning Plan
Overview:
As of June 2, 2021, Governor Mike DeWine lifted all mandates regarding COVID-19. Clermont Northeastern Local Schools will continue to follow guidance from the Clermont County Health Commissioner, State of Ohio, and Ohio Department of Education. The district will continue to utilize GermStop, which is an anti-microbial spray.
Face Masks:
Face masks will not be required, however, they will be made available for all students that would like to continue to wear them. The choice will be left to care givers as to whether utilizes a face mask.
Learning:
Clermont Northeastern will utilize an in-person learning model for all students. Should the school need to close due to Coronavirus in the future, the district will utilize it’s Remote Learning Plan.
Safety Precautions that will be taken during the 2021-22 School Year:
Masks will be available for students and staff
GermStop spray will continue through the 2021-22 School Year
HVAC Upgrades, including Needlepoint Bi-Polas Ionization.
Summer Enrichment (2020-21) and after school initiatives occur (2021-22)
Upgrade of safety and security items such as door entries, and security systems.
