When the remnants from Hurricane Helene rolled through our community last week, we hated having to cancel the Homecoming Parade. We wanted a chance for our students to have a chance to show off the hard work they put in with their Homecoming floats, as well as having a chance to interact with our community!
Because we weren't able to bring our parade to the community, we are bringing the community to our parade! THIS THURSDAY, before our Varsity Thursday Football game at 7pm, we are going to host a Community Tailgate! Here are the details:
WHEN: Thursday, October 3rd, starting at 5:30pm
WHERE: The CNE High School Parking lot, right by the stadium
WHAT: Homecoming Floats, Tailgating and Games, Pep Band, Cheerleaders, and the Rocket Man Mascot!
We will also have our Band Boosters open up the concession stand early! Buy your hamburgers, hot dogs, and snacks while you're attending the tailgate!
(Please of course remember that we are Tailgating at a school, and no alcohol is permitted on the premises)
