We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our upcoming Board of Education meeting.

At this meeting, there will be a special presentation on safety protocols and measures being implemented within our school district. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community members is our top priority. This presentation will cover key safety initiatives and provide valuable information on how we work to maintain a secure and supportive environment for everyone.
Weather permitting, we plan to conduct a full scale reunification focused drill on October 3rd at the end of the school day. We will focus on the details and specifics of reunification for all stakeholders. More information will be coming as we return to school regarding the reunification exercise.
Additionally, please be aware that there will be a test of our Emergency Communications system on August 1st around Noon. Annual Emergency Communication tests are required by the state of Ohio and will go out to all persons listed as emergency contacts in FinalForms. Please take a moment to update FinalForms with the correct emergency contacts.
